I am a skilled coach, writer, presenter, educator, and consultant. I thrive when connecting and building relationships with others. My passion is to help others become their best selves.

For 10 years, I worked as a teacher, a school leader, and an educational consultant. I learned invaluable skills: from project management, to creating & executing strategic communication plans, to 1:1 coaching of my colleagues, to strategic direction and change management. After spending the last five years focusing my work on adult learning, I now use these skills in a different way as a consultant.

I'm adept at taking complex topics and breaking them down in a way people can easily understand. I have expertise in research, writing, and presenting to both small groups and larger audiences. Most of all, I love people: building relationships and coaching others to be their best selves, both personally and in the workplace.
